Helping women heal from burnout, anxiety, and invisible battles

Virtual therapy for overwhelmed and anxious women in Saskatchewan and Ontario. Compassionate, evidence-based support with optional faith integration.

You don’t have to hold it together here.

You’re exhausted from carrying too much.
Maybe you snap at your kids and then feel guilty.
Maybe your mind won’t turn off at night.
Maybe you look like you’re coping on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin.

In our work together, we create space for you to slow down, untangle the pressure, and reconnect with yourself.

I use evidence-based therapy to help you regulate anxiety, reduce burnout, and build emotional resilience. If your faith is important to you, we can thoughtfully integrate that into our work — and if it’s not, that’s completely okay too.

Sessions are available virtually across Saskatchewan and Ontario.

Meet Rhonda Nielsen, MSW, RSW

Hi, I’m Rhonda.

I work with overwhelmed, anxious women who are tired of holding everything together.

Maybe you’re the strong one in your family.
The reliable one.
The one everyone leans on.

And on the outside, you look like you’re managing.

But inside?
You’re exhausted. Snapping more than you want to. Lying awake at night with your mind racing. Wondering why you can’t just “handle it” better.

If that’s you, I see you.

For nearly two decades, I’ve supported women, teens, and families through burnout, anxiety, relationship stress, and the emotional weight of trying to carry too much for too long.

My work focuses on nervous system regulation, anxiety treatment, and burnout recovery, so you don’t just cope better… you actually feel steadier.

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and practical. We slow things down. We untangle the pressure. We build emotional resilience in a way that fits your real life, not some ideal version of it.

If faith is important to you, we can thoughtfully integrate it into our work. And if it’s not, that’s completely okay too. You don’t have to choose between your mental health and your beliefs here.

I’m a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) providing virtual therapy for women across Saskatchewan and Ontario.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.
