You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
Faith-based therapy for women who are ready to feel like themselves again.
Rooted in Compassion. Grounded in Faith.
Hi, I’m Rhonda Nielsen — a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) offering virtual therapy for women across Saskatchewan and Ontario.
If you’re here, chances are you’re carrying a lot.
You’re the strong one.
The dependable one.
The one who keeps everything moving.
And lately… it’s heavy.
Maybe you’re snapping at your kids and then lying awake replaying it.
Maybe your mind won’t shut off at night.
Maybe you look like you’re coping on the outside, but inside you feel stretched thin, anxious, or quietly burned out.
I see you.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with women, teens, and families navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship strain, motherhood overwhelm, and life transitions. I know how isolating it can feel to be the one everyone depends on — while you’re running on empty.
Therapy with me isn’t clinical and cold.
It’s steady. Honest. Grounded. Real.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with optional faith integration. If your relationship with God is important to you, we can thoughtfully include it in your healing. If it’s not, that’s completely okay too. You never have to filter yourself here.
Together, we focus on:
• Regulating your nervous system so you’re not living in constant fight-or-flight
• Reducing anxiety so your thoughts don’t control you
• Recovering from burnout so you feel like yourself again
• Strengthening emotional resilience so you respond instead of react
This isn’t just about coping.
It’s about actually feeling different.
Online sessions make it simple to show up from your couch, your office, or your parked car during lunch. Healing doesn’t have to require more stress.
You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
